Karl Marx Quotes

Karl Heinrich Marx (May 5, 1818 – March 14, 1883) was a German philosopher, economist, historian, sociologist, political theorist, journalist, and socialist revolutionary. He is best known for his theories on capitalism and communism. In collaboration with Friedrich Engels, he published "The Communist Manifesto" in 1848. His work in economics laid the basis for much of the current understanding of labor and its relation to capital, and has subsequently influenced economic thought.
